As you may have already heard, car dealer Russ Darrow is considering a bid for the Republican nomination for US Senate against Senator Feingold in 2004. We thought that you would be interested in some facts about Mr. Darrow’s recent support of Senator Feingold’s campaign:

• On May 6, 2002, Mr. Darrow introduced Senator Feingold at a gathering of car dealers at the Milwaukee Athletic Club. At that time, Mr. Darrow urged people to support Senator Feingold, saying that Feingold is doing a good job, calling him an excellent and effective senator.
  
  
• Two days later, May 8, 2003, Senator Feingold’s campaign received a $500 contribution from Mr. Darrow.
  
  
• Just a few months ago, in April 2003, Mr. Darrow again showed his support for Senator Feingold’s campaign by contributing twice within just a couple weeks. On April 12, 2003 he contributed $250 to Senator Feingold’s campaign, and then again on April 25, he contributed an additional $250.
  
  
• Additionally, Michael Darrow, Vice President of the Russ Darrow Group, Inc., contributed $250 to Senator Feingold’s on April 25, 2003.
