POLSKY APPOINTED CSMC RECEIVER; CASE VS JUNGEN DROPPED

Richard Polsky has been appointed the receiver of Central States Mortgage Company [CSMC] in an order by Judge John Di Motto issued in his courthouse today, Tuesday, April 7th, 2009. Also, CSMC attorneys withdrew their $13 million suit [Milwaukee County 09CV001723] against company founder Richard Jungen.
