George Dunst, counsel for the State of Wisconsin Elections Board said the board has "vacated yesterday's decision by the City of Milwaukee Board of Election Commissioners to place Jeffrey Norman's name on the ballot for Municipal Judge, Branch 3. Norman's name will not appear on the ballot, and the ballots will not be reprinted."
Here is the ruling, in which the City board was spanked for abusing authority it did not possess. According to the ruling, the State board acted after being informed of the city's decision yesterday "by several interested persons including media accounts." They must be reading milwaukeeworld!
